Coming soon! York Place brought to you by Still Hopes Episcopal Retirement Community.

York Place will feature apartments and patio homes for people 55 and older.  Wellness will be central to all that we do and offer. The York Place site will be developed in phases and will ultimately include an onsite clinic, Wi-Fi, educational opportunities to both teach and learn, dining venues, wellness center, gym, indoor pool, and proactive wellness programming to help you live your best life.

York Place was originally founded by the Episcopal church and will continue in the Episcopal faith tradition by utilizing the church already located on campus. The church will be supported by a staff pastor. While York Place was founded by the Episcopal church all denominations are welcomed and supported.

The York Place Community will be located close to the York town center and in close proximity to medical services. This secured-entry community will feature patio homes and apartments where you will not need to worry about home maintenance. You will be able to age in place in your home only using and paying for the resources you need, allowing you to spend your time and money where you most desire.

We wish to pay homage to the history of York Place and the original mission of serving underprivileged children by constructing a community that will include meaningful opportunities to engage in intergenerational activities. York Place will offer early childhood development programs on campus in conjunction with the Macfeat Early Childhood Laboratory School at Winthrop University.
